I just organized a safari through Tanzania for 2 clients, working with one of my preferred suppliers (and a Virtuoso partner) Big Five.
February 2, Wednesday: Arrive Kilimanjaro
Pick up Kilimanjaro Airport at 21.30hrs from Amsterdam, met by a
Big Five representative and transfer to Kia Lodge
Overnight: Kia Lodge
February 3, Thursday: Kilimanjaro
After breakfast pick up from Kia Lodge and transfer to West Kilimanjaro arriving in time
for lunch at Ndarakwai Ranch. After lunch depart for the afternoon activities organized
by the Ranch returning to the Ranch for dinner
Overnight: Ndarakwai Ranch (Full board)
February 4, Friday: Kilimanjaro
Full day in Kilimanjaro to spend as you wish – either do the day / night game drives and
/or take advantage of the activities offered by the Camp i.e. guided walk or Maasai Boma
visit. Meals at the Ranch

February 5, Saturday: Kilimanjaro – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast drive to Arusha for a short Safari briefing then proceed to Lake Manyara
arriving in time for lunch at Kirurumu Tented Camp. After a short siesta drive to Lake
Manyara National Park for the afternoon game drive returning to the camp for dinner
Overnight: Kirurumu Tented Camp (Full board)
February 6 & 7, Sunday and Monday: Lake Manyara National Park
Two full days in Lake Manyara National Park with morning and afternoon game drives,
meals at the Camp.
Overnight: Kirurumu Tented Camp (Full board)
February 8, Tuesday: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic boxes for a half day
Crater tour. Late afternoon drive to Karatu for dinner.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Farm House (Full board)
February 9, Wednesday: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast once again drive to Ngorongoro with picnic lunch for another half day
Crater tour then proceed to Ndutu for dinner.
Overnight: Kuhama Camp (Full board)
February 10 & 11, Thursday and Friday: Serengeti National Park
Two full days in Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives, meals
at the Camp. Enjoy a balloon safari over the Serengeti.

February 12, Saturday: Serengeti – Arusha – Kilimanjaro – Depart
