Sheila consistently goes above and beyond. On a recent trip I was greeted with a personalized note detailing the upgrades and extras that Sheila had organized through her Virtuoso connections. I was upgraded to a lovely executive suite and treated with individualized, special service for the duration of my trip. Highly recommend……
