This long weekend—whether you’re celebrating Easter, Passover, or simply a well-earned pause—there’s a quiet reminder worth holding onto:
The most meaningful moments aren’t always the big trips.
They’re the ones where you’re simply together. ❤️
I felt that deeply this week.
Pulled one from a law firm and the other from a film set… totally worth it ❤️

A whirlwind visit to Toronto for work—but the real highlight was time with my girls.
Ciara, deep in her articling world.
Ceili, immersed in film sets at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Not exactly easy schedules to coordinate these days.
But somehow, we made it happen.

A night at Lee, full of laughter, stories, and that familiar feeling of being together (with Ciara’s boyfriend, Nick, and Ceili’s roommate, Estee) —like no time had passed at all.
We won’t be together for Easter this year…but in many ways, this felt even more special.
✨ A Gentle Reminder This Weekend
Wellness isn’t always about spa days or retreats (though I do love those 😉).
Sometimes, it’s as simple—and as powerful—as:
- Making time when life feels busy
- Sitting across the table from people who know you best
- Being fully present, even if just for a few hours
Because in the end, that’s the return on life we’re all chasing.
So wherever you are this weekend…
I hope you’re with people who make you feel like yourself again.
And if you’re not—maybe it’s time to plan that moment. ❤️
