This week, I travelled to Toronto to attend the Canadian Travel Market Place at the Delta Toronto Airport and Convention Centre.
What a jam-packed day to fly in to Travel Market Report conference for the day.
It was terrific to see travel colleagues, catch up with travel supplier partners, learn what was new and emerging in the world of luxury travel, learn about some of the newest promotions and offers for you as my clients, and, of course, and spend the day working on my business.
I met with AMA Waterways, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, Tauck, Avalon, Scenic and Emerald Waterways, Viking, Croisi Europe, American Queen, and Riviera. Since I’m a river cruise expert, that took a lot of my time and energy to ensure I was up on the latest developments.
I also met with Windstar, Regent, Oceania, NCL, Explora cruises, and Seabourn cruises.
And I met with reps from Tourism Boards and destinations, as well as tour companies like Goway and Southern World (and Globus and Insight, etc.) who can help me build customized trips, and team Canada for Virtuoso Luxury travel network, as well as ACTA (Association of Canadian Travel Agencies), and Travel Market Report trade publication.
We focused on building experiential experiences for clients, matching clients to the best experience for them, and how to resolve problems if and when they arrive.
Let me know if you’d like to travel. I get to know how and why you want to travel, and matchmake you to the best supplier to customize the perfect trip for you.
