Sheila, assisted us with a trip to Washington DC in the summer of 2014. As always, Sheila contacted the hotel in advance of our arrival to ensure that we received the Virtuoso ‘perks’. At each hotel we were met with a lovely gift and a note from the hotel manager telling us that Sheila had been in touch to ensure that our stay was the best that it could be.
