Elephants are Majestic Animals Needing Protection

The discussion about plastic and the impact on our environment is not only tied to the oceans. Plastic impacts elephants too. Watch:

We have to act to reduce our plastic use, because plastic lives on in land fills. Elephants think it is food. Elephants eat it. Elephants die.

Elephants got a lot of attention this week with the Trump’s administration.

Changes were contemplated that overturned rules preventing trophies from being imported into the US. Ellen brought attention to the David Sheldrick Trust.
