Trains are on my mind.
I did a Rocky Mountaineer trip a couple of years ago. I LOVED it. The views were spectacular, and made me so proud to be Canadian. Of course, the food and service onboard the train was phenomenal too. And the gold leaf service with the dome-window car was absolutely outstanding.
