Sheila was wonderful to deal with before and during our trip. During the planning and booking she was a great resource and kept in touch throughout the year before our river cruise. We experienced a few issues with the boat, as the water levels in Europe we extremely low this summer, but Sheila stepped in to make sure all was taken care of as soon as she was made aware of the situation. We have booked another trip, a Mediterranean cruise for the spring with Sheila and we look forward to her ongoing professionalism and service.
