It was great to return to the Ottawa Travel & Vacation show as an exhibitor. I did this for about 5 years in a row, and then took a break for a couple of years. So it was fun to return to see how the show had changed and evolved.
I had a great couple of days talking to folks about my specialty in bucket list, adventure, and luxury travel. It was great to see some clients come by too - and I met some new ones too! I talked a lot about river cruising with folks like Uniworld (especially my U by Uniworld group with Shepherd's Fashions this December). And other river cruising partners like Tauck, and AMA Waterways were discussed. There was also a lot of interest in terrific expedition cruising with folks like Lindblad Expeditions to Galapagos and Alaska. We were talking Machu Picchu with G Adventures/ National Geographic Journeys with a group this July, as well as a Rocky Mountaineer group this September.
Ottawa is a great city to live, but it is also a great city that is home to many travelers. We all want to see the world!
